He is contracted regularly as a trainer and team leader for change management projects within Australia and overseas.

Eric holds degrees in Science and Education (Masters in Management Development); Certificate qualifications in management and workplace assessment; Diplomas in Management and in Government; is a Fellow Member of both the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Eric acts as a mentor for three local entrepreneurs, is an assessor on the MBA program at ANU and is a current councillor on the AICD Advisory Board in Canberra. This experience brings richness to his consulting, training and coaching assignments. He has delivered over 500 workshops for the Australian, NZ & Canadian Institutes of Management, and enjoys a reputation for making training courses both fun and enjoyable.
